Depending on the business, our post-close involvement typically includes: commercial strategy and revenue growth initiatives; pricing discipline and margin improvement; digital and e-commerce capability building; KPI frameworks and management reporting; and exit preparation over a multi-year horizon. We do not layer in overhead. We work alongside management to create value that benefits everyone at the table. We work as a team.

Ohio and the broader Midwest are our priorities. We invest close to home and will expand to the South/Southeast for the right opportunity.
